Nope, 140GB free. I think I found it, I had set the client purge to be 800
hours and 0 minutes, it seemed to purging almost constantly... I seen a
technote on it, but I thought 800 hours and 0 minutes was not setting it to
be 0 across the board.

You've run out of drive space, and the server can't create files (even 
temp files) to do the job at hand.
