Depends on the platform you are developing upon. If the server resides on
NT then you will need to get the PostgreSQL Windows ODBC driver which is
freely available from www.postgresql.org. If you are on Unix/Linux then you
won't need anything as the drivers are installed when you install
PostgreSQL.
