I use PostgreSQL on NT for testing purposes alone. I wouldn't use it
commerically at all as it is a port. While the port does the job it
requires to be run in a CYGWIN environment and can get fiddly. Stay away
from it.
Go for a Linux solution and all your problems will be solved :-)
