I just built an OpenSuse desktop with GIMP and Open Office. It's pretty cool! If I had a company that needed 20 desktop PCs, this's definitely what I'd do. I think 95% of office workers could definitely conduct business on this thing. I'll have to give Ubuntu a shake. I'm not a huge linux guy, Suse is the only distro I've really ever worked with.
