Would you mind providing a link?  I have a godaddy (well a godaddy reseller 
from www.x-registrar.com) certificate from a year ago, and have had 0 problems. 
 Although I did notice that the new godaddy certificates use a different chain 
cert, and I'm not sure if that's the same thing at x-registrar.com, but like I 
said, never had a problem. 

Also what's the problem that you're seeing?  Maybe I just haven't noticed it?
