CFEclipse. Eclipse can be intimidating and it takes a while to get used to
how it works, but once you do, the power if massive. Consider:

CFML syntax completion
Built in help and tag insight
Component/method browser
Outline View
Framework Viewer (Fusebox, Mach-II, Model-Glue, ColdSpring, Transfer,
Reactor)
Code Collapse
Built in unit test runner for CFUnit or CFCUnit
Code Snippets that pulverize the Homesite snippets
RDS support
New AJAX wizards
Plugins for XML validation, JavaScript authoring, CSS, UML, and just about
anything else you can possibly imagine
Seamless Subversion integration
ANT integration for builds, deployments, and/or testing
All in One environment (from Flex to CF to Rails to JavaScript to XML to
Java to.....)
Built in Tasks and Problems tabs
Customizable via menus and shortcuts to a ridiculous degree

I'd urge you to look at CFEclipse/Eclipse. Learning how it works will only
be a benefit down the line since once you understand how it works it can be
used for such a huge range of tasks.
