It will presumably still require Mike to spend some of his time, so frankly it very well may not count. It may also result in a suboptimal value; the easiest way to solve the problem might be to limit access to the archives to subscribers. I simply wanted to point out that, when people complain about this thing or that on a list, they're expecting someone else to pick up the costs of making that change. As a manager of some high-volume lists myself, I find that quite annoying when it happens to me!
