How could I better answer your question? Could you be more specific?

The XML needs to be one that it can be used to import those delimited 
column fields in the previous CSV file. I know you might be 
thinking...well...why don't they just import the CSV into the SQL 
database. Well, that's the boss that wants it in XML. He got his reasons.
