To elaborate on this a little bit, XML isn't a language. Saying you want something "in XML" doesn't really make sense. What you really want is something in some specific XML language. XML is essentially a meta-language - a set of rules for building a language. You would have to determine the specific XML language you want to use - or create your own - to get where you need to go.
