Peter,

It really is simple to install and the documentation provided will walk 
you through the process. Be sure to get the latest copy.

Here's how I did it:

- I wanted my domain name to go directly to the blog as opposed to 
having a separate dir for it so I took the contents of the \client 
folder and dropped it right into the root of my site. I then copied the 
\org folder into the root as well.

- I ran the SQL scripts provided to load my DB with the appropriate tables.

- I created a DSN in CF to point to my blog's DB.

- I updated blog.ini.cfm with the settings for my blog

That was pretty much it. It was very easy to setup.
