My guess is that Dreamweaver is using ASCII mode and cuteFTP is using binary
mode. I don't know if you can change how Dreamweaver FTPs files. You can
find out if this is the problem by using the command-line FTP client and
uploading one file in ASCII mode and another in binary mode.
