Uninstalling the .NET service Reinstalling it (CF Intergrated)
Restarting CF8 Server Fixed the problem, I would suggest this is a problem with the install that ships with CF8 There is a separate uninstaller in for the .NET bit and a separate download from Adobe to reinstall. Thanks to Anthony informing me of that, I didn't want to have to uninstall ColdFusion.
