The jar file in question, log4j-1.2.12.jar, is in \jrun4\servers\cfusion\cfusion-ear\cfusion-war\WEB-INF\cfusion\lib. If you open it up with a zip utility (you may need to give it a .zip extension first), do you see the Layout.class file in the org/apache/log4j subdirectory? Have you installed any other version of log4j?
