Are you also restarting Apache? It could alsobe an issue with Apache Axis and not the Apache server

Using CFEclipse to explore the web services from the same machine is fine. CF just seems to gag somewhere and then from then on its hosed. I spent 2 days trying to track down the problem last time before I re-installed. This time I'd rather not have to do that and get a decent answer so I can fix it when it happens again! If I attempt to add the web service using the CF Admin area, the results are identical. It's a multi-instance CF8 developer install on Windows Vista running on Apache 2. I've never seen this in CFMX 6.1 and 7 using the same web services either. Any help, pointers and advice would indeed be very much appreciated.
