No, there's no problem with the page sending the proper headers, IE is seeing that it's flash content. The problem is that IE6 throws a security error when the file extension doesn't match the mime type. The page I'm processing is a .cfm page, but the content returned has a mime type of x-shockwave-flash.... so that triggers the IE6 warning dialog box.
