Steve, That's the only Coldfusion-based issue I'm aware of which could be causing the problem you are describing. A couple of "silly" questions:
- Did you perform a hard refresh of the page in question so you're not seeing it from from browser cache? - Are you sure the path that you deleted the file from is on the production server and is pointing to the correct directory?
