I have this happen to me all the time. Even after I delete the file, it shows in the browser for 10+ minutes. Even with a hard refresh or a different browser. I think that I have to restart the CF server for it to actually clear.
There is no rhyme or reason for it. I'll be chugging along and then bam, cached page.
