Like several others, I've run CF (5, 6) in parallel with Perl 
(Activeperl) on Win2k server.  Like the others, I didn't see any direct 
conflicts.  Like the others, I'd watch your CPU usage carefully if you 
are using Perl do do any heavy lifting.
