Yes, their servers are all colocated at Internap which is the same facility
that houses Adobe, TimeWarner, and other large sites. Their generators can keep
the servers up for at least 2 weeks before needing to be refueled. I'm
surprised there's no information on their site about their infrastructure, but
their website does indeed need an overhaul so will have to mention it so it can
be included. Anyone wishing additional information can certainly request it by
email.

I just have had too many issues with my sites being down due to power outages
in the past, including a fairly long one in the time I was with Vivio (4+ hours
on a business day). With a previous host, the power company accidentally cut a
power line near their location and my sites were all down for several days
until it got resolved. My parents live in an area that never had a major power
outage for 20+ years until a couple years ago when the entire area was without
power for more than a week. So even if a host has had a previous good record of
uptime, without generator backup it's basically just playing the lottery that
such a disaster does not happen and take everything down. I'm glad to know
they are working on this, as I had only minor nits otherwise with their
service.
