It looks like you have three CF installs on your machine. You have "ColdFusion 8 Application Server", "ColdFusion 7 Application Server", and "Macromedia JRun CFusion Server". That last one could be CF7 or CF8, or even CF6.x I guess. The last one is a result of a multiserver install. The first two are the result of installing the default configuration.
