I am jumping to conclusions because it's part of feedback, even if it is negative. Customer Perception, isn't it? I doubt I'm going to be the only one to jump to the conclusions today or take a look at that survey and say, "Duh, we asked for all this years ago."
I think a more useful survey would have been? Have you used HomeSite+/CFStudio? Yes/no. Have you used DW? Yes/no If yes, what features did you like from it? etc. For example, I miss having 2 file explorers like I did in HS+/CF Studio, but it's not a "Must have."
