You all should check out the Thermo Presentation. I beleive this would be a solid indication as to how a CF IDE would be built. Long story short, They are using Eclipse but they cut it up so much you wouldn't be able to use third party tools in it... What Adobe was able to do with eclipse in the development of Thermo is retarded though.
