It might depend on what you're actually trying to achieve with the
subdomain.

Through the CT control panel, you can set up subdomain pointers that go into
the CT DNS. I use them primarily to direct traffic for subdomains from a CT
to a completely different server, though. For instance,
www.mediumcool.compoints to my shared space at CT, but
dev.mediumcool.com points back to a local server in my office. And that's
just set up in the CT Control Panel.

Similarly, one of my clients has a production site at CT, and a beta site on
another CT server. There's an entry pointing "test.hisDomain.com" in the
main CT account to the beta server site.

If what you're trying to do is point subdomains to different parts of the
same CT web space (such as to different directories), then no, there's no
way to do that.
