Is the knowledge base their support forum? I tried several searches for subdomain, etc and came up with nothing. There are no links to browse their knowledge base, can only search by all keywords or exact phrase. I have just finished speaking with a support rep who knew less than my very limited hosting knowledge - there semi-dedicated packages are no better. I feel ripped off; their sales pages are full of big numbers to mislead the unsavvy like me. Got a package with 800MB SQL Server, unlimited connections, unlimited dsns! No mention of limited to only one database and that extra dbs are $5 per 50mb - if I were to have another db the same size as the one I get with my $27 package I would pay $80 just for the db! I mean, what use is a hosting space of 300GBs, 400 pop emails, 400GB bandwidth, no subdomains and one database! Anyway, enough - speaking to a sales rep about a refund - lesson learned!
