Philip Greenspun wrote a great book, Philip and Alex's Guide to Web
Publishing. Philip is big on AOLserver and Tcl (Tool command language).
Alex is his dog. The book is available on-line for free at

>From the book's glossary:

AOLserver: Released in early 1995 as "NaviServer", AOLserver remains the
most powerful Web server program on the market (and it is free). It is a
multi-threaded server that provides a lot of support for connecting to
relational database management systems.

Tcl: Tool Command Language. An interpreted computer language designed for
rapid prototyping and maximum flexibility, Tcl was developed in the late
1980s by John Ousterhout, a professor at UC Berkeley.
