This is probably the wrong forum for this, but I had to answer. I don't understand people who would rather use debit cards or cash instead of credit cards. It just doesn't make sense to me.
Assuming that you can control your spending, and pay your credit card bills in full each month, you will get charged NOTHING from the credit card companies. Not only will you earn points on your credit card (which could be redeemed for different things, including cash, depending on your card), but you get to keep your money in your bank account longer (as you don't have to pay the bill until x amount of days after statement closes, so anywhere from 30-60 days after your purchase.) The money can stay in your bank account earning you around 5% interest, if you put it in a high yield savings account. So I seriously don't understand why anyone would use debit cards or cash if credit is an option.
