Generic Taiwanese is the only answer at this point, the gentleman I got it from is
looking in to it however, we
have not come up with a solution yet, therefore I went with NT workstation 4 and will
apply service pack 5 for now,
untill I can determine more on this whole mess. Honestly my son wants dad to go win
98SE but I have more trust in
NT workstation for what I am trying to obtain, which is a stable development enviroment
