Hello I am a shared hosting customer of AHP and we are affected as well. Not just the ones with a VPS account. Our site was down (www.pasionutritionals.com) as well. But we are lucky that we have a spare site which we are planning to shut down to go all the way to AHP to this domain and forward the URL of our (old) running store.
Right now our site is up again but I still cannot connect to the mySQL database server to create a backup. How about you guys?.
