I am hoping that maybe someone on here has some experience with this and can point me in the right direction.
I am working on setting up a system where a doctor's office would call an IVR system, put in a bit of information on a patient and get the eligibility and information faxed back to them. I have a dedicated windows 2003 server with CF and SQL 2000 that has all the information I need, but I don't have a lot of experience with IVR or faxing solutions. So I am hoping someone on here may have done something similar or maybe can point me in the right direction. In order to save money, we would like to be able to build as much of this ourselves if possible. Whether or not that is possible, I dont really know. I am guessing we would need to purchase the IVR software, but if we could do the actual faxing from ColdFusion, that would be great.
