Hi Don,
Do you have a url that you can post? Let some of us test it and see what
happens.
Usually an "Access Denied" is a 403.1 error and that would lead directly to
your server configuration. But..... a lot of organizations are using blocking
software, to keep their employees off of things like myspace, porn, shopping
sites and such. These blockers are usually applied liberally and with a very
heavy hand. This *could* be the problem. Can you speak to you're client's
network techs and see what information they can provide? Have the client send
you screenshots of what he's getting, alot of times it's hard to troubleshoot
until you see what the client is seeing, once you see what he sees then it may
be a quick fix.
Last question, are the pages in question accessing alot of data at once? Most
CF servers will time out if a query doesn't complete execution in a given
amount of time, this can create some interesting errors.
