to be honest, I have had to change records on 1-2-3 for customer in the past, and it's horrible.

I have loads of domains with them because the USED to be a good company, however they have changed hands twice since then. Customer support emails take forever (a couple of days) to get responded to and customer support phone calls cost £1.50 per minute! Their web site occasionally goes though periods of up to a week where it is so slow it is unusable (a big problem if you need to make DNS changes to a domain for example) and errors cause the frames to nest inside each other making it unreadable.
