Please note that this is really just obscurity. Unecrypting it is pretty
easy and there are a good number of free tools out there that can do it.

How can I encrypt my ColdFusion templates so other people can't view the
source code?

In your CFInstallFolder\Bin\ there is a file cfencode.exe. Run it. It
provides good instructions on how to run the program. It will encrypt your
template.

There is a tutorial at
http://cfhub.com/tutorials/cfencode/
