The error I received was that it couldn't contact the K2 Server.  In an
windows environment, I had to run cfroot\verity\verity-install.bat .
CF also would give me an error when I tried to create the collection in
the CF Admin and I also found it in an error log. (Don't remember
where.)

I don't really care about the CF 7 collection, the only intent was 
that if I could not create one, that I would try to map to the existing
one.

No luck on either fronts. I'm still open to options.
