Neb, Brian's right on target, as usual, with the technical recommendations! It's been my experience that the biggest challenge in changing a process is cultural. Many folks simply do not want to change. However, you may be in an environment that is "ready" and switching to an agile approach may be exactly what everyone wants and needs. I hope it goes well!
