I have had very good 100% (so far) success with this one. We use it on any website that we do for the gaming industry. For clients who don't want captcha's on their forums I use a combination of the CSS hidden form and also populate it with a hash of the date which gets validated on the action page. I usually call the form field "Email" so the bots are obligated to fill it out and the actual email field "emailaddress".
