The database is cold fusion in that it's an RSS feed that's parsed out and made into a database (in memory I guess). In this case, the data is just pushed over as is. Can I use date_format in that case? I couldn't get it to work on the first attempt.
Maybe I can then replace the column or add a column with the formatted version of the data. >Why not use the built in database "date_format" function to format your >date?
