Hi I'm using <cfdocument format="pdf"> to create a pdf version of a web page. I'm using <cfdocumentitem type="header"> (as well as the footer) to show the logo, copyright etc. However when the content includes a table and the table wraps over 2 pages the table is being cropped by the header. It's as if when the table content is continued on the next page it is being started at the very top of the page rather than after the header!
Does anyone know how to fix this?
