Don -- I don't think that you're going to find something that is SUPER simple like that, but I can tell you, after working with several online payment systems, I'd say that Authorize.Net is the way to go if you're looking for something easy to integrate. They have CF example code, and it's pretty easy to change it to what you need, but is flexible to do simple authorizations or pass 100 different things to it. They also offer a great testing environment.
