If you have a high speed connection you can always poke a hole in your routers fire wall, forward the port to your dev box and host it at home. If you do it that way you can use use Dynamic DNS in lieu of an IP (dyndns.orgis good). Most routers I have seen lately have a Dynamic DNS update client built in.
