As Will said you are quoting new purchase prices, not upgrade prices. You are also quoting Enterprise prices when you may very well only need Standard. That being said you are also overlooking the other CFML engines that are now available such as Blue Dragon and Railio. Of course I presume those alternatives will take longer to support what CF9 features they plan to incorporate.
