Sorry about that, I suppose that would help..... In the grand scheme of things it's not all that active a site, figure between 150-200 users throughout the course of a day. As of this moment there are a little over 100 active sessions running on the server.
Currently the JVM used memory is floating around 600mb There are a few queries taking over 20 seconds at the moment, with some bigger queries (cfscheduled jobs) taking over a minute. Let me know any other information you're looking for to help size this out.
