I know the OP switched to SOAP/CFHTTP. But the Invalid positiveInteger error
seems related to the ServiceType (perhaps indirectly). Because it works if you
use a different type like
<cfset tagData.RequestedShipment.ServiceType = "PRIORITY_OVERNIGHT" />
