I also suggest the 'Paste from Word' feature in FCKEditor. It is perhaps the best method of moving content from Word to Web. The only issue is Word can do much more then text so if the user tries to insert a photo and expects the graphics to automatically move into the editor, that will cause problems. There needs to be some level of understanding to the limitations of Word to HTML.
