Well it exists, trust me I reported it Beta 1, 2, 3 and RC and it still exists in the final release. I have found that it sometimes happens when saving a file when I accidently hit ctrl + space at the same time. Not sure that is the exact cause but I have had that happen to me about 3-5 times now.

By the way, what is your install type - standalone or plugin? For plugin version, make sure you start eclipse with -clean option so that cached plugins are not loaded from older versions.
