Yes authorize.net is .10 per transaction but you STILL have to pay the discount rate - 1.9 to 2.9 percent depending on your AVR, fraud prevention settings etc.

Perhaps if I could find a gateway that will discuss the option of both, I could present the price difference between the two and let them decide.
