I'm not sure how flexible you are to get unstuck, but the Verity server 
does not have to be on the same system as the ColdFusion server.  So if 
you have any ability to install Verity on some handy Windows, Linix or 
Solaris os.  You can utilize it in a remote or distributed manner.
