I have used them for years too -- but I have recently had a really bad experience with them. I signed one of my new customers up under a shared hosting account -- just a small application. The server he was on kept crashing. Their technical support told him that the problem was Coldfusion and that he needed to switch to another technology. They said Coldfusion is going out of business and know one uses it any more. Anyway -- I don't user them any more for my smaller customers that can't afford a dedicated server.
