FWIW, CFDynamics is very good. While the shared hosting is a bit more expensive (about $16 a month if you pay for a year), but you do get CF9, mySQL, or SQL Server and quite a few other tools and perks. Their support is rock solid to say the least. Very responsive and fast. Also they've been supporting CF since the days of CF5.
