No. Since it's a VPS, you can do with it whatever you like. It's like having a completely separate hardware server.
I log in via Remote Desktop Connection and install software, delete software, make adjustments, etc. They have control panels to use, but I prefer just to work directly on the server. You can reboot it anytime you like, etc. It's been super...
