SmarterMail has been GREAT. I switched from a customized qmail solution, and smartermail can handle joe-jobs really well, has great anti-spam configuration and customization per-domain, and uses ClamAV for killing viruses dead. Outbound spam mitigation too.
Combined with the ActiveSync license, it works flawlessly with my Droid/touchdown app as far as push technology goes.
